HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

So it's time to place an order. Here's what you do;

• If you want to order Dot Matrix or Laser/Inkjet Tickets go to the Ticket Store

• If you want to order Thermal Printers or Thermal Tickets contact us directly.

• Placing an order for BOW? If you have gathered all of your information, have contacted us for a quote and are ready to order your BOW System we need the following;

1. A letter, on company letterhead, confirming your wish to license the BOW System at the price quoted.
   
              **OR**
    
2. A signed Purchase Order if applicable.
    
3. A seating plan for the venue(s) to be ticketed.

4. Finally we need you to complete and submit the Questionnaire you will find by clicking on this link.

• Placing an order for BOW-net!?  We will need a confirming letter on company letterhead or a signed PO, if applicable, sent by fax to (613)482-2811. (Second best - an email confirming your wish to order this upgrade).  We will also need the BOW-net! questionnaire (link below) filled out and submitted.
