BOW! TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTSThe BOW! Software System is flexible in its capabilities and is
designed to operate your box office using equipment as outlined below;
COMPUTER
- will run comfortably on any "entry level" IBM compatible computer;
- At least 4 gigabyte hard drive space available
- Minimum 512 megabyte memory
- Video card with a minimum of 4 meg on board memory
- Windows 2000, XP, VISTA - (yes we support VISTA)
NETWORK
- comes network ready (no additional software cost involved);
- Designed to operate on simple peer to peer networks included in the
Windows operating system.
- High speed cards (100mbs a must)
PRINTERS – Prints tickets using any of the following;
- Dot Matrix printers with tractor feed (continuous form tickets)
- Inkjet printers (page oriented ticket form) – all makes
- Laser (page oriented form). Must be able to accept
variable paper width.
- Thermal printers from Boca or Practical Automation. Contact us for
