You can update your registered system through the Automatic update function AutoUp.
You will require a reliable internet connection to use this utility. If your
box office computer is not internet available contact us to make other
arrangements.
NOTE: It is most important that all installations on all computers that
will be running BOW be updated at the same time. Updates may make changes to the
structure of some files which could render the system unusable on any computer
running an earlier version.
NOTE ALSO: If you are having to re-install your system on a new or
different computer be sure to check with us so that we can guide you through the
update procedure that you will need to follow before you access your current
